  • Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.

3. Pricing & Payments

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or availability issues

  • Limit or refuse quantities purchased per person or order

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on the product and customization. Estimated shipping timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • BCreations & Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and order details.
