Return & Refund Policy

At BCreations & Co, all of our items are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Please ensure that all customization details (names, colors, sizes, designs, etc.) are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item received is incorrect due to our error

If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Failure to provide this information within the stated timeframe may result in the request being denied.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Color or design variations due to screen differences

• Change of mind after purchase

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, BCreations & Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
