Order Processing & Turnaround Time (TAT)

All items sold by BCreations & Co are custom-made to order.

  • Our standard turnaround time (TAT) is 7–10 business days

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • TAT begins after payment is successfully processed

During high-volume periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated when possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping time is separate from the 7–10 business day processing time

  • Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

BCreations & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • BCreations & Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages

  • Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier

We are happy to provide tracking information to assist with carrier claims.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Damage claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping times and customs fees vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery delays caused by customs are beyond our control
